Lodging Options:
West Lodge (Year round):
Upstairs bunk room (sleeps 48)
Downstairs bunk room (sleeps 22)
Showers available in the lodge
Cabins (seasonal):
17 cabins (sleeps 10 each*)
All cabins have electricity and lights
3 bathhouses are located near the cabins
*most cabins have 2 twin beds and 8 camper beds
Cottages (Seasonal):
Available only May - Mid June & Late August - Columbus Day

Meals:
All meals are served in our dining hall, max occupancy in our dining hall is 100.
A proposed menu will be sent to you for your retreat, If you’d like changes or have certain meals you’d really like, let us know!
We are happy to accommodate for dietary needs! Please let us know at least 2 weeks before your visit so we can prepare accordingly.
Rental Policies:
Non-refundable deposit cost is 10% your estimated rental cost.
Check out on Sundays will be no later than 11am. Unless otherwise contracted.
Damage or Missing Items: Rental groups will be held responsible for expenses incurred for damage to facilities or equipment or missing items.
Improper use of a facility by any group will be cause for denial of further use.
Use of the Ropes course & Barn is strictly prohibited unless contracted.
Tobacco, alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, and smoking/vaping are prohibited on campus.
Use of fireplaces and outdoor fire rings are with prior approval.
Waterfront activities are to be supervised by immediate family. Waterfront is swim at your own risk.
Usage of FHC Canoes and Kayaks must be contracted in advance and all participants must wear lifejackets and maintain proper care of all equipment and put it back in the original locations.
Linen and towels are not provided. Please bring a sleeping bag or sheets/blankets and pillows.
Lost and Found items are kept for 2 weeks and then donated/thrown out. Camp is not responsible for your items. Please call or email if an item is missing.
Pet Policy: Must have prior approval. Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the main Kitchen or Dining Hall at any time.
Cancellation Policy: We require you to notify us at least 1 month prior to your scheduled arrival if you are unable to fulfill your reservation. Payments will be refunded all but deposit.
Rental group leaders will monitor all areas of a facility to assure that all attendees are adhering to these regulations.
All payments are currently cash or check only.
Indemnification of FHC and Employees: Guests agree to indemnify FHC and its employees from an claim or liability for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from, related to or in connection with rental of the accommodation included but not limited to any claim of liability for personal injury or damage or loss of property which is made, incurred, or sustained by any guest or any guest’s invitee.
