Lakefront Cottages

• Check-In Time is 2:00pm unless otherwise contracted. 

• Check-Out Time is Noon unless otherwise contracted. 

• Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am.  Due to camp staff who live on site and other groups who may be staying in neighboring cottages, please be considerate of these times.   

• RENTAL BALANCE:  Your balance is due upon check-in by cash or check.  

• DEPOSIT:  A $50.00 Non-refundable deposit is required to accompany your application.

• Damage or Missing Items:  You will be held responsible for expenses incurred for damage to facilities or equipment or missing items.  All damage must be reported to the Executive Director or Facilities Manager. 

• Tobacco, alcohol, marijuana, smoking and illegal drugs are prohibited at Fair Haven Camps.

• No fireworks of any kind may be allowed on premises with the exception of sparklers. 

• At the conclusion of the rental period, you are responsible to restore the cottage to its original condition including:  moving tables, chairs, equipment, etc. back to original locations, shut off all lights, and assuring that all participants and attendees have left the facility.  

• The Riding Ring, Pastures, and Barn are off-limits at all times unless given permission by the Barn Director.  Please do not feed the horses treats.

• We do not provide Health Care services.  Please bring your own “Medicine Kit”. 

• We do not provide Internet services to the “Cottage Area”. 

• Pet Policy:  Must have prior approval. All pets must be leashed at all times.  Guests are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse.  Any evidence of pets causing damage to premises or non-compliance of cleaning up after pet(s), will result in extra charges being assessed.   

• Cancellation Policy:  We require you to notify us at least two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival if you are unable to fulfill your reservation.  Payments will be refunded less the $50 dollar deposit.
