Believing in the ministry of Fair Haven Camps and their program for reaching boys and girls for the Lord Jesus Christ, I do hereby apply for membership in the Central Maine Bible Conference.

I realize that membership implies the responsibility to PRAY, WORK, and GIVE for the furtherance of this ministry, and to this end I pledge myself.

Furthermore, I pledge absolute loyalty to the great evangelical doctrines of the Deity of Christ, the only begotten Son of God; His miraculous virgin birth; His vicarious death; His bodily resurrection; His visible coming again; the Holy Spirit as the third person of the Trinity; and the Bible as the supernaturally inspired Word of God.
